I have personally used the app and I must say it has been phenomenal. My favorite part of the app was the questions. Two different brokers told me that my tour had the most in depth and professional questions of all other tours, and that impressed them. On another tour, the app helped me uncover damaging information that even the broker did not know which caused them to revisit with the owner and change their financial information/assumptions.
